The Knight is a family-run owners corporation management company with a portfolio that exceeds $6 billion in assets. The name, The Knight, references the family’s Scottish heritage and the guardianship of the properties they manage and oversee.

The brief: create a brand that establishes The Knight as an industry leader and encapsulates the evolution of the business, their beliefs and processes.
The Knight employees were engaged in a brand workshop to determine what The Knight as a company believe in and stand for. The information gathered was distilled to form a customer-facing brand essence: ‘insight, integrity & results’. The brand that was developed portrays a strong confidence, with a bold logo, and a dynamic and striking brand pattern inspired by the shields and heraldry of the Scottish houses.
